TheGoButton isn’t a company. Actually, The Go Button was just a really fun project that we put together to solve a problem that so many of us have experienced while roaming the world.

Why did we create The Go Button? Simple. We needed a way to get online easily when traveling to strange places. Airports, bus stops, park benches; anyplace could be an internet cafe if you can connect – and have a cup of joe.
Who created The Go Button? Sam Michelson envisioned TheGoButton and worked with an excellent programmer, Dominik Tomczak, to make it a reality.
What is the goal of The Go Button? Our goal is to make wireless access a tiny bit easier and more seamless for anyone who uses wireless.
A word about Security Most routers are configured to be open, and many people leave them unlocked. If you don’t want your neighbors to share your network, make sure to lock it. TheGoButton is intended for use with open networks that were intentionally left open to share wireless.
My internet connection at home is open (I use a FON hotspot that makes this really easy!)
